How shipping works

Overview of the typical steps from auction to delivery.

01

Auction purchase confirmed

Once your bid wins and payment is settled, the vehicle is released by the auction provider. We coordinate the first steps with your auction confirmation and documentation.

02

Vehicle collected from auction yard

A transport carrier collects the vehicle from the auction yard and delivers it to the designated port of export. Collection timing depends on the auction location and vehicle availability.

03

Export and ocean transport arranged

The vehicle is processed for export and loaded onto a container or RoRo vessel bound for Europe. We coordinate the booking, documentation, and port handling.

04

Customs and final delivery coordinated

Upon arrival at the European port, customs clearance is arranged. The vehicle is then prepared for final delivery to your chosen destination.

Destination support

We coordinate shipping to selected European regions through established logistics partners.

Baltics

Coordination support for Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia through major Baltic ports with established logistics routes.

Central Europe

Coverage across Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Austria, and Germany with inland transport connections.

Western Europe

Support for France, Benelux, and the United Kingdom through major North Sea and Channel ports.

Southern Europe

Arrangements for Italy, Spain, Portugal, and the Balkan region via Mediterranean shipping routes.

What affects shipping cost

Several factors influence the total shipping cost. We provide transparent estimates based on your specific situation.

Auction yard location

Distance from the auction yard to the port of export affects inland transport costs.

Vehicle size and condition

Larger vehicles and non-running units may require specialised handling and different transport methods.

Port of export

Different US ports have varying handling fees, documentation requirements, and shipping schedules.

Destination country

Shipping rates vary by European destination based on route distance, port fees, and demand.

Customs and documentation requirements

Import duties, VAT, customs broker fees, and documentation costs differ by destination country.

Final delivery distance

Transport from the arrival port to your final address is quoted separately based on distance and method.

Important notes

Key information to understand before planning your shipment.

Shipping is quoted separately

Shipping costs are not included in the auction vehicle price. A separate quote is provided based on your specific requirements.

Import taxes and customs duties may apply

Depending on your country of import, customs duties, VAT, and other taxes may be charged by local authorities upon arrival.

Delivery depends on destination and carrier availability

Transit times and final delivery scheduling depend on carrier capacity, port schedules, and destination accessibility.

Vehicle condition can affect transport options

Non-running vehicles, salvage-title units, or vehicles with significant damage may require specialised equipment and additional handling.
