Bidding

How does bidding work on Bidwin.pro?

Browse our vehicle listings and place a bid on any active auction. You can set a maximum bid and our system will automatically bid on your behalf up to that amount. If you win, we guide you through payment and shipping arrangements.

Can I bid without creating an account?

No. You must register and complete our verification process before placing any bids. This ensures a secure marketplace for all buyers and sellers on the platform.

Are vehicles inspected by Bidwin.pro?

We do not perform independent inspections. Vehicle condition is described by the auction provider through detailed reports, photos, and damage documentation. We recommend reviewing all available information before placing a bid.

Deposits

Why do I need to pay a deposit?

The deposit secures your bidding ability and demonstrates commitment. It protects sellers and ensures only serious buyers participate in auctions. Your deposit is held securely in your account.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable on request as long as you have no outstanding obligations. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

When is my deposit used?

Your deposit is applied toward your first winning bid. It reduces the amount you need to pay when settling the final invoice for your purchased vehicle.

Shipping

Can Bidwin.pro help with shipping to Europe?

Yes. We offer comprehensive shipping support including container shipping, RoRo transport, and consolidated loads. Our logistics team handles customs clearance and delivers to major EU ports and inland destinations.

Are shipping costs included in the vehicle price?

No. Shipping is quoted separately based on your location, vehicle size, and preferred transport method. We provide transparent shipping estimates before you commit to a purchase.

Can I arrange my own transport?

Absolutely. You are free to arrange your own shipping and transport. We will provide all necessary documentation to facilitate pick-up and export.

Payments

What payment methods are supported?

We support bank wire transfers and major credit cards. For large transactions, wire transfer is recommended. All payments are processed through secure channels.

When do I pay the final vehicle amount?

Payment is due after you win an auction. You will receive an invoice with detailed breakdown and payment instructions. Final payment must be completed within the specified timeframe to avoid penalties.

Are there additional auction or documentation fees?

Yes. In addition to the winning bid amount, there are auction fees, buyer premium, and documentation charges. These are clearly displayed in your cost estimate before you bid.

Accounts

Why should I create an account?

An account gives you access to bidding, vehicle tracking, deposit management, and shipping status. Your dashboard centralises all your auction activity in one place.

Can I track my bids from the dashboard?

Yes. Your dashboard shows active bids, won auctions, payment status, and shipping progress. You can monitor everything in real time.

Can I save vehicles for later?

Yes. Add vehicles to your watchlist to track them without placing a bid. You will receive updates on price changes and auction end times.

Vehicle Information

Where does vehicle data come from?

All vehicle data is sourced directly from major US auction providers including Copart and IAAI. Listings include photos, condition reports, damage descriptions, and vehicle history when available.

What does salvage or damaged vehicle mean?

Salvage vehicles have been declared a total loss by an insurance company. Damage varies from minor cosmetic to structural. We recommend reviewing the condition report carefully and understanding the vehicle's status before bidding.

Should I check the vehicle history before bidding?

We strongly recommend obtaining a vehicle history report before placing a bid. This can reveal odometer readings, accident history, ownership records, and other important details not shown in auction listings.
